We're Looking For:
* Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment.
* Experience leading and developing a team.
* Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage.
* Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
* SOUND understanding of food safety concerns.
* EXCELLENT interpersonal and communication skills.
