As our Global Mobility Tax Consultant you’ll have the opportunity to work with Australian-based and multinational clients, therefore offering you the ability to work with large corporates, and a diverse range of industries. In this role, you will have access to training, coaching and support that’s available to help grow your career even further!
1. Assist with individual tax compliance programs on a variety of global client corporate engagements;
2. Research and analysis of a wide range of cross border income tax issues (including the identification of employee and employer tax planning opportunities);
3. Prepare advice relating to pre-departure and repatriation tax planning;
4. Assist with new proposals and scope requests from clients;
5. Support Australian tax consultations for our clients’ inbound and outbound employees;
6. Deal with the ATO to achieve desired client outcomes;
What we’re looking for

7. You’ve attained basic experience and knowledge in some of the following areas: Australian individual income tax compliance and advisory; Expatriate taxes; Employment taxes (FBT, Payroll, Workcover, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, Salary Packaging) and shadow payroll services; Tax equalisation concepts; Dealing with the application of International Tax Agreements; Advising clients on their employment tax obligations arising from their globally mobile workforce; Compensation accumulation or employee share plans;
8. A consulting mindset, with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
