If you're passionate about building high-performing QA teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale technology solutions, this is the perfect opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution.Lead and mentor a team of testers (entry-level to experienced), fostering a high-performance culture.Define test frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.Manage test environments, tools, and data to support efficient testing cycles.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align testing with project goals.Implement best practices for defect management, test automation, and continuous improvement.Drive risk-based testing approaches to optimize test effort and delivery timelines.Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.Here's What You Need5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 2+ years in a leadership or test management role.Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, and execution in agile environments.Experience leading manual and automated testing efforts, ideally within Salesforce or enterprise platforms.Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is highly desirable.Proven ability to mentor and develop testing teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive quality outcomes.Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Able to do hybrid work condition in Ballarat Technology Park.Security Clearance Requirement Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
