Team Coordinator About the Team
Cards and Payments team play a key role in helping to build strong connections with our customers. The ability to transact and make payments in a manner that the customer chooses and that suits them, with ease and reliability, is core to the foundations of the customer experience.
As the Team Coordinator and reporting to Senior Manager Performance & Partnerships, your focus is to support the management and performance of the Card and Payments division and maximise the value of key strategic partners.
Your key accountabilities include:
1. Invoice management of the key strategic partners including tracking invoices via excel spreadsheets
2. Administrative support for managers including calendar management, meeting coordination and creating agendas and presentations
3. Assist in the collation and distribution of reports
4. Support vendor management and contracts
5. Ensure all work practices and documents meet with Bankpliance, policy and procedure requirements
About you
To be successful you will have:
6. Demonstrated experience in similar team coordinator / administrative support function ideally within banking and financial services
7. Strong written and verbalmunication skills
8. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
9. High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
10. Soundputer MS Office skills including word, excel and power- point
11. Proactive and supportive team member with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
