Base Criteria Trade qualified Electrician (‘A’ Grade licence) along with 5 years post-apprenticeship maintenance, service and minor installation experience working on Industrial, High-Rise Buildings and Commercial premises. You will be personable and have strong client-engagement skills. Outline Duties Providing hands-on electrical maintenance, fault-finding, minor repairs and installations to lighting, electrical equipment, DBs, as well as power supply / distribution across the premises. Supporting the maintenance, service and minor installation of Data / Comms cabling and racks. Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Electrical Maintenance and Repair services (including planned preventative & reactive maintenance) within Commercial Offices, Light Industrial, and High-Rise buildings. Skills and Attributes ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence Cert 3 5 years post-apprenticeship Electrical Maintenance or Service experience within industrial, government or commercial premises. Open Cabling Licence (an advantage) Engaging personality and strong presentation skills Full Permanent Australian Work Rights and able to secure a National Police Check.
