At Diversified, if you can dream it, you can do it.What you'll be doingProvide prompt and efficient helpdesk support for end-users, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues related to audio/visual equipmentDiagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure minimal disruption to client operationsCoordinate routine maintenance and monitoring of audio/visual systemsCoordinate with external vendors and suppliers to facilitate the repair or replacement of equipment as neededDocument all support activities and maintain detailed records for reporting and auditing purposesAssist with the rollout of new audio/visual technologies and provide training and support to end-usersContribute to the continuous improvement of our AV support processes and proceduresWhat we're looking forProven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with a strong focus on audio/visual equipment and systemsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issuesIn-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of audio/visual technologies, including projectors, displays, conferencing systems, and related softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical usersHighly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyRelevant technical certifications or qualifications in audio/visual technology, or a related fieldEligibility RequirementsCandidates must be Australian Citizens to meet Government and client requirements.Pre-employment medical testing may also be required.This position is not an IT Network Support Role.If you're ready to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation and contribute to the success of our team, we encourage you to apply for this role now.Learn about One Diversified by visiting https://onediversified.comDiversified strive to create a respectful and collaborative workplace culture that allows all employees to thrive.
