About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join our Bridgewater/New Norfolk maintenance team.
This role is challenging, fast-paced and diverse, requiring a good understanding of asset management and property maintenance.

Your Role
* Respond to maintenance requests and conduct responsive maintenance inspections
* Conduct asset management and upgrade inspections in conjunction with trades and contractors
* Conduct audits of completed work and monitor in-house and external trade performance
* Undertake defect and lock-up inspections for new build properties
* Ensure services are delivered in a manner that demonstrates a respectful and quality response
What You Bring to the Role
* A demonstrated understanding of asset/facility management
* Experience in a similar position, ideally within the community sector
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability and willingness to undertake the relevant employee screening process, including the provision of a National Police Criminal History check
