As a Senior Organisational Development Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our organisational culture and performance. Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate frameworks, strategies, and programs that drive meaningful change. You’ll also represent DEW on public sector working groups, sharing insights and fostering best practices across the sector.
