Business Process Analyst - WMS
Central Coast Location - Hybrid Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and align them with WMS functionality.
* Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and the new WMS, recommending process improvements.
* Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* Work closely with IT teams and vendors to configure and optimize the system.
* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation, ensuring business needs are met.
* Drive change management initiatives to support a smooth transition for end-users.
* Document workflows, training materials, and process changes for long-term sustainability.
* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and refining processes.
Requirements:
* Experience in business process analysis within WMS or supply chain environments.
* Strong understanding of WMS solutions, ideally Blue Yonder (2019+) or similar platforms.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business users.
* Experience with data migration, UAT, and system testing.
* Familiarity with distribution methodologies and operational processes.
