Stratpharma is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager - Pharmacy North to lead our NSW and QLD teams.

Your Mission:
Based in Sydney, as our Regional Sales Manager - Pharmacy North, you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver profitable growth.
You will lead, mentor, and inspire our pharmacy sales team, ensuring they achieve and exceed their sales and market share objectives.
What You'll Achieve:
Lead & Empower: Provide exceptional leadership, direction, and line management to the Pharmacy Sales Team across NSW and QLD Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager Sales, Managing Director, and Marketing Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Team Development: Drive training and development initiatives, including induction programs and national conference presentations Performance Excellence: Set and monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure the team aligns with national marketing and business goals Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key NSW and QLD based Pharmacy Groups and clients and execute impactful promotional programs Business Acumen: Analyse sales data, forecast performance, and contribute to effective financial management practices Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize team productivity and service levels Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute as a key member of the leadership team, fostering strong communication and driving continuous improvement Requirements
What You Bring:
Currently based in Sydney with extensive experience and a proven track record in Sales and Sales Management within the retail pharmacy setting Strong understanding of financial systems and data analysis Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service Ability to effectively utilise Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms to analyse data, generate reports, and drive sales performance Valid Australian driver's license Benefits
