About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our high performing Finance department. Reporting into the Finance manager, this Full-Time opportunity will work across Western Suburbs (Ncle) Leagues Club Limited and The Executive Inn entities. Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
End to end processing of high volume accounts payableEnsure appropriate manager approvals are received prior to processingProcessing of payment runs and upload to bankCollate information to reconcile and process credit card statementsProcess employee expense reimbursementsExport beverage invoices and import to stock systemPrepare and lodge new credit applications as requiredLiaise with creditors when requiredAssist with account reconciliationsAs part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal.
