About this role We are seeking several customer service experts to join the UMS team on a temporary basis to assist in the
Back to School Campaign 2025.
This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, predominantly fitting students for their school uniforms, stocking shelves, packing orders and general customer service duties.
Hours will be approximately 8am-3pm Mon - Fri commencing the last 2 weeks of Qld School holidays.
Paid Training Day in December prior to start date will be provided.
Areas available: Yarrabilba, Woodridge, Rochedale, Ripley, Park Ridge, Ipswich, Redbank, Coomera
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service. Serve customers in the uniform shop, conduct uniform fittings and process sales through our POS system.Be able to follow processes and procedures as per store guidelines.Receive stock, replenish stock in the shop and process online orders.Reconcile daily sales and record cash takings.Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.Maintain a clean and professional store presentation.Skills and Experience: Excellent customer service and communication skills.Must be reliableBe able to identify sales opportunities.Well organised and good attention to detail.Moderate computer skills Microsoft Office, Excel and Word proficient.A Police check and Working with Children check will be required before commencing but we will help obtain this with the successful applicant.Current driver's license and vehicle required.
