Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care team at Chris Barnard Health.
In this role, you will support our home care clients by leveraging your strong clinical and relationship-building skills.
Working alongside your colleagues and partners, you will oversee the health and wellbeing of our clients, helping them to remain in their homes longer.
As a proactive physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, you will attend to their evolving needs with care and attention.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to recognize when a client needs further assessment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide physiotherapy or OT assessment and treatment to clients in the target group.
Assess clients for strength training, exercise, and other treatment and physical activity groups.
Participate in and provide access to care planning and common assessment for clients.
Offer secondary consultation to other team members and external agencies relevant to client care and physiotherapy practice.
Support our allied health assistant staff in group work and individual client services.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Requirements: Current registration as a Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Knowledge of clinical assessments and care plans Proven ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Highly developed assessment and treatment skills What's in it for You?
