About the team and the role
This role forms part of our Aviation Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager Operations Resilience. You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation and operation can effectively respond to incidents, minimise impact, and recover operations swiftly. This role focuses on reactive resilience, ensuring that when disruptions occur, the organisation has structured protocols, trained personnel, and the right tools to restore stability and enhance future preparedness.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
* Ensure seamless operational and organisational continuity
* Orchestrate incident response and crafting recovery plans.
* Conduct thorough post-incident debriefs and investigations.
* Resilience metrics and performance
* Building capabilities through training and exercises.
* Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing processes.
About you
* Qualifications
in emergency management, business continuity or related field and/or equivalent experience in incident response, recovery planning or emergency preparedness is preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and resilience frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing response and recovery strategies.
* Knowledge of incident management methodologies and business continuity planning.
* Leadership skills and ability to coordinate response efforts.
