About the Role Reporting into the Imaging & Resection Sales Manager, you will provide exceptional service and offer solutions to a diverse range of Specialist Surgeons, Operating Room Nurses & other Hospital professionals; driving sales of our Imaging & Resection product portfolio across WA. Key responsibilities include:Identifying customer needs and optimizing opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAttending cases and providing technical support during surgical proceduresFacilitating product trials and evaluations and delivering in-service trainingDeveloping effective relationships with key opinion leaders in both clinical and purchasing areasAbout the Requirements Minimum 1 - 2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio (Capital Sales of Surgical Camera Systems, General Surgery, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy) preferredProven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital systemCustomer solutions focused and strategic for a long-term winResilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skillsExcellent communication, time management, and attention to detailAbout Arthrex Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
