About the Role This role sits within Solution Design and Delivery Branch within the Enterprise Technology Division. The primary purpose of this role is lead the delivery of changes to consolidate DTP’s Technology environment to a single source of truth for authentication and authorisation of access to systems and a single Standard Operating Environment. The project will require management of complex changes to core enterprise technology systems supported by significant testing and organisational change management. Achieving key outcomes will require developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across DTP and with service providers and retaining a strong focus on outcomes. Position Outcomes / Accountabilities • Managed the delivery of technical and organisational changes to enable a remove duplication of identity management systems and supporting services together with changes to related systems necessary to enable the changes. • Facilitated necessary discussions to ensure agreement between on the technical changes and target state operational model required for ongoing support. • Ensured the project scope and objectives are understood by all stakeholders and any changes are managed through a structured process. • Ensured roles and responsibilities of the project team are understood by the project team. • Removed technical and organisational obstacles that may impact project outcomes using effective risk and issues management and active stakeholder engagement. • Delivered on time and to budget using project management techniques appropriate for the scale and complexity of the project. • Demonstrated achievement of organisational outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle and in providing the leadership necessary to deliver technical and organisational change.
