Join our high profile Federal Government Department Client as a Change Management Expert to lead transformative projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and shape organisational success. This role is for a period of up to 12 months with 2 x 12 months extensions options possible.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead change strategies, benefit & risk tracking
• Manage stakeholder analysis & communication planning
• Drive behaviour & process change management
• Collaborate with hybrid teams (agile & waterfall)
• Liaise effectively with staff & senior stakeholders
Experience Required includes:
• Minimum 5 years in change management
• Strong grasp of change life cycles & procedures
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement
• Experience with hybrid & dispersed teams
• Proficient in agile & waterfall methodologies
Essential Criteria:
• NV1 security clearance mandatory.
