* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst/Continuous Improvement Lead in an agile delivery environment
* In addition to Business and Process Analysis skills, previous experience in a leadership role
* Proficient skills in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models (BPMN 2.0)
* Previous experience working within regulated environments is highly beneficial with exposure to Risk and Control Management frameworks
* Effective stakeholder management: the ability to collaborate and bring together different viewpoints, expectations and priorities to drive towards an optimal outcome
* Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels
* Analytical and organisational mindset; adept at implementing new processes and procedures
* Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable with managing change, complexity and ambiguity

Lead a team of Business Analysts (BA) and Process Analysts (PA) in creating the best experiences for our consultants and customers. As part of the leadership team in an Agile delivery model, you’ll ensure our team is supported to ensure the successful design and development of solutions for Sales and Service. This will include analysis activities for new and existing business, product and operational process improvements. You will coach and uplift the capability of the team to model and analyse business processes and their performance in order to provide insight and recommendations to develop a Continuous Improvement program of work; define and document business requirements; work with IT teams to create solution designs; as well as support user acceptance testing and change analysis.
You’ll find yourself engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure all parts of the features we deliver meet or exceed expectations as part of a complex financial system. You’ll be a part of a significant strategy to create and maintain the Best Experience – Always, for consultants and customers. With a key focus being customer experience, the platforms allow our customers channel of choice without compromise of experience.
This is an 8 month secondment opportunity.

Effectively lead a team of Business and Process Analysts, including:
* Coordinating which initiatives are assigned to each Business Analyst and/or Process Analyst
* All administrative functions as required by a leader, e.g. leave, performance management, etc.
* Uplift capability through effective coaching of Business Analysts to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria that can be consumed and worked on by the delivery team
* Where IT system solutions are included, translating business requirements into functional and system / I.T. requirements and specifications and briefing these to the Technology department
* Collaborate with Technology team members within your team and across other teams to deliver outstanding results for our business stakeholders
* Demonstrate best practice business analysis and mentoring team members under guidance from the BA Centre of Excellence/ PA Centre of Excellence where required while updating the team’s skills
* Uplifting capability and embedding Process Analysis function to become a core component of the Sales & Service Continuous Improvement (S&S CI) team
Ensuring Risk and Compliance Maturity and Culture framework is front of mind and all activities and solutions address obligations and control requirements
* Ensuring all documentation reflects business understanding and adheres to A&G guidelines, including our definition of done
* Taking accountability for assigned deliverables and ensuring effective and transparent communication with the end-to-end delivery team
Build confidence with stakeholders, creating positive relationships and credibility by working collaboratively through:
* Investigating and measuring process-improvement opportunities and working with the business to recommend and implement solutions to build a Continuous Improvement program of work
* Supporting the continuous improvement culture by acting as a strong supporter of change
* Remaining a positive and proactive contributor whilst modelling a growth mindset
* Networking with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the CI program of work
Ensure changes are effectively supported once implemented, including:
* Process Maps, Policies, procedures and training material/user guides as appropriate
* Support change implementation as required
* Post implementation validation that the change has achieved the desired results
