Progressive Supplies is a family owned and run wholesale business operating out of Broome, Derby and Perth. We have a long list of customers throughout WA, providing a wide range of high-quality products and services.
Our Broome branch is home to a retail office and warehouse, with the potential for a high number of sales in this customer-focused environment. We are looking to add a positive, hard-working individual to our team, to manage the sales and administration aspects of this branch.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role, required
* Previous experience with inbound sales, required
* Must be efficient on the computer and learn quickly
* Show initiative, be approachable and can multitask!
Tasks & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
* Assist with walk-in customers and process cash sales using POS
* Liaising with customers (phone and email) and placing orders on MYOB
* Invoicing on MYOB
* General administration tasks, such as answering the phone
* Maintaining communication between warehouses and other branches
Salary Package
Annual salary of between $45,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience.
We operate between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday; we are looking for a full-time applicant.
