To continue our success, we are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our Regency Park team with The Smith’s Snackfood Company on a permanent full-time basis.

* Location: Regency Park (SA)
* Position: Full Time Permanent
* Selection Process: Phone conversation with our recruitment team, interview with manager, online assessment and pre-employment medical checks
Responsibilities
About the role
* Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
* Troubleshooting and monitoring the palletising automation and machinery
* Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
* Preparing and completing accurate records
* Cleaning and housekeeping
* Committed to quality assurance, and completion of quality checks as required
Qualifications
About you
* At least 3 years of previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
* A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
* An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
* A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time whilst maintaining safe working techniques
* Experience with SAP advantageous
