The role of Personal Coach is to lead high quality small group fitness sessions. You need the razzle dazzle that will engage members to love being in your sessions. We will support you in development and training, that along with our existing systems will enable you to be a Coaching Zone superstar!

Key Requirements of the Position:
1. Deliver structured 45-minute SGPT sessions.
2. Deliver weekly coach development.
3. Service our current database of Coaching Zone members.
4. Grow the program through sales, support and training.
5. Follow systems and process
6. Inspire and lead a group of amazing members and coaches.
What We Are Looking For (Essential):
7. Ability to engage and co-ordinate a group of clients
8. Inspirational leadership qualities
9. A 'Can Do' attitude
10. Certificate IV in Fitness
11. Registration (Fitness Australia)
12. Current First Aid and CPR
13. Current Drivers Licence
Desirable:
14. Level 1 Boxing
15. Level 1 Kettlebell
16. Strength and Conditioning Level 1
17. Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training
