Centurion employs over 2,300 people and operates around 87 facilities in over 13 countries.This position is responsible for comprehensive financial management tasks such as end-of-month processing, taxation obligations, income recognition, cash flow management and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include providing accurate financial information to stakeholders, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and assisting in financial reporting and audits.Tasks & responsibilities:Handle invoicing and accounts receivable/payable processes.Maintaining accurate financial recordsManaging the general ledger, accounts payable and payroll functionsManaging the month-end accounting process and preparation of monthly financial accountsAssisting with the preparation of the monthly Group management reportingManaging statutory returns and compliance, income tax returns, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax returnsManaging the statutory audit process, including co-ordination and liaison with external auditorsCash flow reporting to managementAddressing and resolving financial queriesAssist the GM with budgeting and forecasting requirementsA focus on increasing business performance and efficiencyThis hands-on role is likely to appeal to a high calibre finance professional who is seeking a challenging environment and commercial contribution.
