The role:
1. The Clinical Nurse Consultant - Palliative Care provides clinical leadership and direction in planning, implementing, and evaluating the provision of palliative care to effectively support the delivery of an acute and community palliative care services provided by the Department.

The hospital: Primary Health North - 33-39 Howick Street, Launceston, 7250 - Specialist Palliative Care Service North
2. Community Sector of the Specialist Palliative Care Service in Northern Tasmania.
3. Focus on management of complex palliative care clients and support of primary providers, using a consultative model of care.
4. Work within a multidisciplinary team.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term, part time, shift-worker position working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.

5. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $104,735 - $111,334 pro rata, per annum + 11% superannuation.
6. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2019

7. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
