Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role will support the Rebel Sales Team through the analysis and visibility of Seasonal and Financial Forecasting, Demand Planning, Key Account performance (Sell Through Data Analysis), and ad-hoc Customer reporting all aimed to drive sell out and growth for the Rebel channel and broader adidas business. Key Responsibilities: Weekly Data Analytics (inclusive of Sell Through and Weeks of Cover Data Analysis) Consistent Orderbook Management support to the sales team Support cancellations and other funding requests Identify opportunities and risks in the business in-season against plan and provides actionable recommendations to improve results. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to provide detailed overview of business performance by category Seasonal & Financial Forecastingimplementation and execution GTM (Go-to-Market) Co-ordination for Forecasting & Customer Financial reporting Support Ad-Hoc Channel and Customer focused reporting Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office skills essential, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SAP and BI (Business Intelligence) experience desirable. Strong understanding of Retail Math and the ability to interpret sell through data to recommend changes that positively impact the business. Experience and understanding of developing consumer, retail and competitor trends. Prioritization skills and the ability to be detail oriented and accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales representatives, peers and customers. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop long lasting relationships with internal/external stakeholders Ability to contribute to a Team Environment and High-Performance Culture.
