Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by providing direction and fostering a motivated workforce.
* Develop, drive, and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store.
* VIP events.
You will lead, maintain, and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in managing a retail shop (preferably fashion and/or recycled goods related).
* Proven ability to deliver revenue and net profit objectives through managing others.
* Staff and/or Volunteer management.
* Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends.
* Strong sales and customer service acumen.

* Salary from $56,711.20 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
