Located in Cavan in northern metropolitan Adelaide our construction company client is looking for a contracts administrator. This is a multifaceted role working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals. It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations. Your duties would include Understanding project specifications and reading construction drawings Developing, reviewing, evaluating and negotiating project variations Responding to inquiries and problem solving regarding programs, projects, and services Managing paperwork associated with programs, projects and services Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities You will need: A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business related qualification, with at least 2 years of "hands on" experience working in a similar position Ability to work both independently and in a team Ability to create reports on costing data Excellent analytical and math skills Very detail orientated Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements Proven commercial acumen Excellent time management You will be paid $70,0000- $80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications Only successful applicants will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
