Qualifications & experience A minimum of 24 months experience in a similar roleSound ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent computer skillsExcellent phone manor (handling inbound and outbound calls)Simpro knowledge (Highly desirable) Tasks & responsibilities Create new and amend existing jobs in Simpro, issuing PO's, Invoicing as required.Co-ordinate service ticketing systemCoordinate and organise freight companies to suit customer requirements.Oversee the receiving, issuing, and dispatching of stock from the warehouse.Manage the receipt of all inbound deliveries, ensuring swift and accurate data entry.Liaison between production and customer service to develop and maintain delivery schedules and orders.Stock Control and providing necessary parts to Service Technicians/Project Management as requiredWarehouse stock replenishmentWe can offer the right candidate an outstanding opportunity to expand their skills and work on a variety of systems and associated Applications.
