Manage service staff and contractors, fostering a culture of success through motivation, feedback, and challenges. Conduct forecasting and financial reporting as needed. Commit to quality and provide high-level technical support to Service Technicians and customers. Regularly visit sites to address ongoing issues and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure completion of pre-job start checklists, proper use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to safety rules. Liaise with the Engineering Team, Managers, and Administrators regarding administrative requirements. Support all initiatives implemented within the Business unit department.
