The successful applicant will be tasked with providing service to our major contracts across multiple sites, providing various working scenarios while assisting our clients with end-of-life and minor works projects and reactive works.Here is a snapshot of your day: Provide Service, Preventative Maintenance and Commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems including EasyIO, Tridium and Alerton, amongst a various array of others.Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with clients across multiple sites and driving continuous improvements to customer's sites.Data analysis of BMS/HVAC including control systems, fault finding and problem solving.Early identification, notification, escalation, and mitigation of risks that impact system performance or customer experience.Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.Assisting with engineering of BMS projects under the guidance of Contract Manager and Technical Supervisors - BMS/Building Automation.Use of your knowledge and experience to bring additional perspective to technical challenges and working with your peers to solve and innovate on technical challenges.The use of IT systems to record job information, complete engineering documentation and demonstrate compliance with regulations.Mentoring and guidance support to junior engineers and other technicians.Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping updated with latest changes and advances in HVAC control systems and technologyThe Ideal Candidate Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering Degree or HVAC / Electrical trade qualification or equivalent qualification by experience Problem-solver and ability to diagnose issues in a disciplined and methodical manner.Ability to understand control strategies and systems in order to make assessment and recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies.Discipline and planning skills to implement recommendations and changes.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
