Join a unique and specialised business, selling electrically engineered products across a range of industries. You’ll be the face of the business, driving sales directly with customers as well as managing and supporting, the ANZ distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct specification & sale activities across the government, industrial and commercial sectors/markets
* Utilising the CRM system to create, process and track sale orders
* Provide high quality customer service and support to both customers and the distributor network.
* Develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers, attend to key account and manage large scale projects.
* Further develop the distributor network across Australia, provide product training and technical support.
* Advise management on marketing strategies required to achieve sale targets
Requirements
* Experience in a technical sales role (electrical background preferred)
* Strong negotiation skills – experience with tenders highly regarded
* Ability to engage in and manage specifying activities, with strong problem solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Customer focused with a can do attitude
This role is based in Hobart with some interstate travel required.
