Your Opportunity: Casual or Part-Time Position Available As a qualified Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing personalized care to our residents. This is your chance to contribute to an innovative approach to allied health services, delivering exceptional care to our clients. Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, which won the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence, empowers therapists like you to craft tailored therapy programs based on residents' goals and priorities. The pathway offers evidence-based mobility and functional programs, regular care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support residents' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, arthritic joint management, and pain relief.
* Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of Plena and aged care facilities, while working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

To Join Our Inspiring Team, You Will Need:
* A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and a National Police Check.
