We now have a fantastic opportunity to join the AIA Financial Wellbeing team based in Sydney or Melbourne, on a permanent basis.
As the Operations Consultant, you provide operational and administrative support to our financial advice business. You will also identify opportunities for improvements within our processes and lead the uplift of these activities.

To do this successfully you will: Process financial planner activities including onboarding, maintenance, off-boarding and client book transfersProvide operational finance support including maintaining, processing and reconciling of vendor paymentsWork closely with business to proactively review our Revenue Management SystemMaintain the Systems Register including liaising with stakeholders to complete User access reviewsLiaise with key stakeholders relating to BAU activities and investigationsRespond to financial planner and customer enquiries within compliance requirementsCollect, analyse and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issuesSuccessful applications will demonstrate: Experience working in an operational or administrative role ideally gained from the Financial Advice industryStrong Excel skills which allow you to analyse and summarise data insightsExperience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI will be highly regarded.An analytic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAn excellent communicator backed with sound analysis skills which allow you to provide meaningful insights to stakeholdersWhy choose AIA: Access our training and development to build on your current skillsCareer development through internal mobility opportunitiesWork for a business helping millions of Australians and make a difference to someone's life everydayAccess additional leave days a year to recharge and refresh yourselfEnjoy wonderful Health and Wellbeing initiatives that support youWork with supportive and inclusive managersAt AIA Australia, we're proud to help guide, support and protect the wellbeing of over 3.5 million Australians.
