We are seeking a talented and experienced Sound Technician to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality audio experiences for our clients. Responsibilities: Set up, test, and operate sound equipment for live events, broadcasts, or studio recordings. Monitor audio levels and ensure sound quality is optimal during performances or recordings. Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure sound design aligns with creative goals. Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues quickly during live events or recording sessions. Mix, edit, and enhance sound recordings using professional audio software and equipment. Maintain and repair audio equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition. Provide technical support and training to other staff as necessary. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in sound engineering. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sound Technician or Audio Engineer in live events, studio recording, or post-production. Proficiency with audio mixing consoles, microphones, signal processors, and other audio equipment. Strong understanding of audio recording, mixing, editing, and mastering techniques. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in real-time, especially during live performances. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. Relevant working experience within the franchise sector environment and understanding the nuances in relationships between the key stakeholders franchisor, franchisee and sector suppliers is highly desirable. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Proven experience managing remote teams and in the Latin American region specifically. Fluent in Spanish is essential for communication effectively with our overseas team. Required Qualifications: Experience with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live. Demonstrated strong experience with Da Vinci Resolve, Black Magic Camera Ecosystem. Familiarity with soundproofing, acoustics, and the setup of recording studios.
