1. Salary to $65,000 + take-home car/fuel
2. Mentored by a senior PM of 10 years

The Role:
1. Managing a small portfolio in the northern suburbs.
2. High level support from in-house Inspections agent and VA.
3. No finals, no leasing, no PCR's or trust accounting.
4. Build strong relationships with owners & tenants
About the Candidate:
1. Property Management Registration and minimum of one year working as an Assistant Property Manager
2. Tidy presentation and professional attitude
3. Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
4. Team player, enjoys collaborating and working with a high-performing team
