We are currently seeking experienced Customer Contact Officers for a temporary 3-month assignment for a client based on the Sunshine Coast.
This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and providing high quality customer service.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Extensive customer service experience within a team-oriented environment;
* Ability to work under pressure and effectively problem-solve;
* Proficiency in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office and the ability learn new systems as required;
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail;
* Availability to work a rotational roster, with some Saturday shifts;
* Completion of year 12 studies or equivalent; and
* Possess a current “C” Class Driver's Licence.
