With a reputation for innovation and excellence, we deliver market-leading solutions for our clients combining strong technical capabilities and robust systems with highly trained and experienced local personnel to achieve exceptional outcomes.Position Responsibilities:Help make Sync Lift Engineering the employer of choice in QueenslandLead a team of recruiters, onboarding and admin specialistsOversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboardingBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutionsProvide the guidance and support to empower your team to deliver recruitment outcomes for our businessEnsure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.Work with the Business Support Manager on sourcing strategies to attract top talent & building talent pipelinesAssist building up the Labour Hire business unitMaintain and work to revenue projections for the business unitDevelop a robust sales funnel and to keep filling and working itDevelop & maintain positive relationships with clients by utilising client centric account management practicesWork closely with existing project delivery teams, Project Managers and supervision teams to understand current, future and pipeline work opportunities and develop strategies to target key resourcesContinued development of the organisations recruitment processes and systems that continue to provide the flexibility and performance of an agile and evolving businessSupport and work to a clear recruitment strategy that is understood and communicated across the teamResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingCollaborate with our marketing team on eye catching advertising campaignsSkills/Experience:Previous experience in a Recruitment Lead role within the mining/engineering/fabrication sectors.Previous experience within the labour hire sector and account management will be highly regardedPrevious experience with Employment Hero HR is mandatoryProven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomesAbility to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisationAn ability to be a forward thinker and effectively mitigate the challenges we faceDemonstrated experience in writing and creating job advertisements, uploading to websites and job boards and conducting reference checks.Be goal orientatedSystems driven and an advocate for continuous improvementSignificant experience in shutdowns and blue-collar recruitment will be highly regardedIn depth knowledge of the current recruitment market to make innovative solutions to mitigate skill shortagesFlexibility to adjust between changing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced computer software skills, including Word, Excel and other database applicationsA strategic thinker that understands the bigger pictureAn innovative mindset, someone who always stives to find a better way to do thingsWhy work with Sync Lift?Competitive salary and benefits package.Innovative & diverse company: no 1 day will be the sameAutonomy to nourish and grow your own business unit and teamOpportunities for professional development and growth.Weekly payMotivated and experienced management & leadership teamRelocation assistance available for the right candidateThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled and motivated team and continue to grow your career.
