• Work for Australia's leading Children's Hospital • Senior leadership opportunity • Friendly and supportive team environment About the Role: This is a Permanent Part Time position at 60.8 hours per fortnight within the RCH Pharmacy Department. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of the Medicines Information Service at The Royal Children's Hospital to paediatric patients, their carers and families, healthcare professionals from both the hospital and broader paediatric healthcare community. What you’ll achieve: You will lead the Medicines Information Service at The Royal Children's Hospital with a focus on the provision of specialist medicines information in a variety of formats to improve the quality use of medicines in paediatric patients both at the RCH and in the broader community. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the Pharmacy strategic goals for the service, aligned with the RCH strategic plan. Classification for this position will range from SX6-SX81. Your skills and experience: Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia administered through the Australian Health Practitioner RegulatoryAgency (APHRA) Previous experience in hospital pharmacy Previous experience in Medicines Information Previous leadership experience in a team environment If this sounds like you, click here to view the position description. About The Pharmacy Department: We are a team of around 70 staff including pharmacists, technicians, and administrators. Our supportive and collaborative teams include Dispensary, Children’s Cancer Centre, Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical trials, Medicines Information, HiTH and Sterile Services and the Pharmacy Business Unit.
