As a training and development officer, you will be part of the Organisational Development team which is responsible for the planning, development and management of programs that enhance the capability of the directorate.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all TCCS business units and ACT Government to provide high quality training services for the directorate.
To be successful, you will have the skills to plan, coordinate, deliver training programs in line with organisational goals. You’ll have strong communication, engagement, and negotiation skills in addition to having a flexible and practical working style.
Experience in the administration of the Directorate’s Learning Management System will be highly regarded.
