This role involves developing 4-6 unique recipes per month that align with our brand's commitment to simple, nutritious meals and capturing them in a visually appealing way.Key Responsibilities :Develop, prepare, and refine 4-6 unique recipes per month across a variety of categories.Work closely with our founder, Bec, to plan recipes and ensure they align with the brand’s values and member preferences.Style and photograph completed dishes with a clean, bright, and minimalistic aesthetic.Capture short 3-5 second portrait videos of the dishes to create engaging social media reels.Ensure all recipes are simple, accessible, and made with everyday ingredients.Submit all recipes and photos by agreed-upon deadlines, communicating with the team for any necessary revisions.Requirements :Proven experience in recipe development and food photography (1+ year preferred).A strong portfolio showcasing your recipe creations and photography skills.Ability to create visually appealing content in a minimalistic, bright, and clean style.Access to a functioning kitchen, including a slow cooker, blender, and microwave.Strong understanding of food trends and audience preferences.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge or experience with macronutrient nutrition information to create balanced recipes that align with the business principles which are: gluten free, mostly dairy free, sugar free, high protein, high fibre, low in carbs with big, exciting serves.Previous experience using nutritional software (desirable).Strong passion for healthy eating and wellness.Enjoys cooking and eating a wide variety of foods including: eggs, seafood, meat, poultry, tofu, sugar alternatives, vegetables & nuts.Degree in Nutrition or related field (desirable).Why Join Us?This role offers creative freedom to experiment with recipes, showcase your talent and be involved in a fast-growing business that is making a very positive impact on thousands of women's lives.
