The Discipline of General Practice is looking for a motivated, experienced, relationship-focused administrator, ideally with administration experience in health, research or university sectors. This role includes meetings scheduling and minuting, project finance including paying research participants and stakeholders, assistance with grant and manuscript submissions, contributing to improving and maintaining our stakeholder engagement, and maintaining our online profile. The successful candidate will work independently and in a team across various research projects in primary healthcare, providing key administrative support to our research activities and stakeholder engagement.
The Discipline of General Practice supports teaching, research, clinical practice and engagement with consumers and carers in developing better prevention and public health policies. Our group has expanded its research activities in primary care and interactions with key stakeholders and research groups in Australia and internationally. The successful candidate will interact with a group of quantitative and qualitative researchers, clinical academics, GPs, academic registrars, postgraduate candidates and consumer representatives in the Discipline of General Practice.

4. Sound organisational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines and solve effectively.
5. Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
