The Role:
This role will see you provide high-level executive administration and confidential support to the General Manager and Senior Managers on site. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Proactively prepare briefing materials for meetings, anticipate the needs of the Senior Managers, and ensure the efficient management of correspondence and documents.
* Arrange travel requests and reconciliation for the GM/SSE, and undertake complex financial tasks such as budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and variance reporting.
* Oversee office supply orders, manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) registers, and act as a liaison for IT-related matters, ensuring seamless office operations.
* Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on employee engagement activities and site-wide events management.
What You'll Bring:
Ideally, you will have knowledge and background in administrative support in a similar role in a heavy industry environment. Other desirable skills and experience include:

* 'C' Class drivers licence.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
