This is not optionalIt is desirable to understand and be able to interpret a variety of psychometric screening tools such as the Vineland Adaptive Behavioural Scale, PEDI-CAT, Sensory Profile, Beery Visual Motor Integration (just to name a few)You will have an understanding of various assessments within the NDIS that include (but not limited to) SIL, SDA, ILO and a general FCAYou will be proven to be able to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacityIt is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends.
