Our Opportunity The pivotal role of Senior Surveyor is primarily responsible for conducting control establishment surveys, cadastral surveys, detail surveys, as-constructed surveys, and any other surveys required within the Brisbane Property team. Your responsibilities shall include: Conducting fieldwork, calculations, and data reduction. Checking and maintaining all legal requirements relating to cadastral surveys Ensuring work is carried out within the client's guidelines Providing strategic advice in the delivery of creative solutions that add value to clients Adhering to the Company's safety processes and procedures Mentoring and leadership of less experienced team members About You To be successful you will be Registered with the Surveyors Board of Queensland at Associate, Graduate, or Registered level and be able to demonstrate: Proven skills and experience in greenfield and subdivision projects Proven ability to apply modern technologies in spatial and surveying activities to achieve productivity gains Experience with 12D software Experience with Trimble survey equipment Ability to work systematically to achieve quality outcomes Proven ability to work within a team of professionals Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to work autonomously The ability to nurture client relationships and successfully deliver upon client needs Our Culture At Veris we value providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
