What You'll Be Working On
* Build genuine connections with customers across communication channels.
* Solve complex queries about deliveries, collections, returns, and product specifications.
* Collaborate with Product Department and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Help shape our customer service approach and contribute to knowledge base development.
