We have been retained to find and appoint a new Partner to join the Accounting & Tax practice of a prominent accounting and advisory firm with an international presence. The firm is on a steep growth trajectory and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the teams across Northern Tasmania. As a Partner you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this senior leadership role, you will champion initiatives, identify and seize new business opportunities, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client service. You will work within a collaborative team model, leveraging offshore and virtual resources to meet client needs effectively.
To be considered for this position you should have the following profile:
* 10+ years’ experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax services.
* A good local network and an ability to build and manage a strong practice.
* Business development aptitude, with the potential to source and convert new business.
* Strong business leadership skills and the ability to develop a team.
* Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Driven and pro-active, with an ‘entrepreneurial mindset’.
