About the role
Leading a team of approx. 6 you will:
9. Make customers and their experience in store your priority
10. Lead and inspire your team and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
11. Achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store
12. Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
13. Set up Visual Merchandising and maintain high standard of store presentation
14. Manage stock and prevent loss
15. Provide a safe environment for team and customers
About you
16. Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and mentor a small team for high performance and succession planning
17. Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store
18. Experience within a high volume stock and merchandise environment
19. Professional communication skills
20. Flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods (Christmas and Mothers Day)
