The Position Requirements
* Culinary expertise: Prepare delicious meals using high-quality ingredients to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
* Compliance and Safety: Uphold OH&S standards by adhering to safe work practices, food handling procedures, and catering controls.
* Efficiency and Sustainability: Minimize wastage and maintain cleanliness in accordance with Compass guidelines.
* Hygiene and Sanitation: Adhere to strict food hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for our guests.
About You
* Diploma or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Prior experience in production, buffet, and à la carte service is highly valued.
* A genuine passion for cooking and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
* Flexibility in adapting to our fortnightly roster pattern.
* An ASIC security clearance card is required; we can assist you in obtaining one if needed.
