About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager in the Finance and Governance Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations across a dynamic and complex environment. You’ll manage sensitive and high-priority tasks, provide confidential executive support, and support key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About the Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative, hardworking and high-performing team within the Finance and Governance Division. The Finance and Governance division is pivotal in ensuring the TAC’s financial sustainability and efficient governance. Entrusted with the strategic leadership and financial stewardship of the TAC’s significant turnover and assets, ensuring robust assurance, compliance, governance and integrity across the organisation. This division directly impacts TAC’s capacity to deliver exceptional service and value.
What We’re Looking For
Executive Support Expertise
We’re seeking someone with demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support, including managing events, projects, and stakeholder relationships in addition to high-quality administrative skills.
Strong Organisational Skills
Your ability to prioritise, identify and manage competing demands, and maintain a calm, methodical approach in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and facilitating seamless information flow and escalation as necessary.
Competency in budget tracking, collation and reporting.
