As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission, working directly with both internal and external stakeholders to drive success and contribute to the organization's objectives.
The Position: As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks with a strong focus on customer service and administrative support.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Assisting in financial administration tasks, including processing invoices and verifying vendor information to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processes.
Maintaining the integrity of financial systems, ensuring the accuracy of reports, and conducting quality checks, with corrective actions as needed.
Offering proactive support and advice to internal teams and external clients, including Support Planners, to enhance the efficiency of financial and administrative processes.
Contributing to broader Corporate Services initiatives, promoting positive relationships, and actively participating in team projects.
Preferred Requirements: Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage client inquiries and issues.
Proficiency in computer systems and an ability to learn new software quickly to provide efficient, client-focused service.
High attention to detail, strong numerical and data entry skills for accurate information processing.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
