Role Summary
We're seeking an organised and enthusiastic HR/Admin Officer to support our team. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in HR and administration within a fast-paced environment who’s looking to make a meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with our overseas head office, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, supporting our team members, and aligning HR functions with our dealership's objectives in the growing EV market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognised company in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing induction packs, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining employee records.
* Administration: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to internal inquiries.
* Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process by verifying timesheets and liaising with the finance team as needed.
* Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and help organise staff events and meetings.
* Compliance: Ensure all employee documents are up-to-date and assist with any policy updates or regulatory requirements.
* Customer Service: Occasionally support the front desk, answering phones and greeting customers with a warm, professional attitude.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the automotive industry (preferred) in a similar role.
* Proficient in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with automotive operation, retail financing products, insurance offerings.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing market conditions.
* An individual with a strong passion for cars and the automotive industry.
* Full working rights, Australian PR or Citizen
